3M BREW135-MS Single Cartridge Coffee and Tea Water Filtration System - 1 Micron Rating and 1.67 GPM

The best brewed coffee or tea starts with high quality water. The Aqua-Pure BREW135-MS is a single-cartridge water filtration system from 3M that is specifically designed for high turbidity water applications to reduce sediment as well as chlorine taste and odor to improve the appearance, consistency, and taste of your coffee or tea. The water filtration system also reduces abrasive hard particles that will help prevent clogs on spray heads and protect other parts of your brewing equipment. There is a proprietary slow release scale inhibitor on the water filtration system that reduces calcium and magnesium formation on heating coils.

These water filtration systems use a patented valve-in-head design that makes cartridge change-outs simple by shutting off and venting water simultaneously, with no need to stop the upstream feed water. The cartridge design of this water filtration system is a Sanitary Quick Change (SQC) type that uses a simple 1/4 turn and minimizes the possibility of leakage and contamination during cartridge change-outs. The 3/8" FNPT horizontal inlet and outlet ports on this water filtration system provide direct or easily adaptable connections to plumbing lines.

The BREW135-MS has a 12,600 gallon capacity (47,000 liters) with a flow rate of up to 1.67 gallons per minute (6.3 liters per minute). The water filtration system has a 1.0 micron rating and an NSF Performance Data Sheet (PDS) is included.
