Once you load your 20" x 20" rack into the unit and close the door, the cycle begins automatically. This low temperature machine has a 27.5" clearance and uses only 2.5 gallons of water per cycle. The washer can effectively wash bakery trays as well as other wares. Each cycle is completed in a timely 90 seconds, and the AFB is capable of washing a wide variety of wares. Controls are conveniently located on the top of the unit. Additional features include a built-in scrapper, a stainless steel air gap, and a door safety switch.
