Once you load your 20" x 20" rack into the unit and close the door, the cycle begins automatically. This high temperature machine has a 18" clearance and uses only 0.85 gallons of water per cycle. Each cycle is completed in a timely less than a minute, and the HT-25 is capable of washing a wide variety of wares. Controls are conveniently located on the top of the unit. Additional features include a built-in scrapper, a stainless steel air gap, and a door safety switch.
