Bakers Pride DS-805 Super Deck Single Deck Natural Gas Pizza Oven - 70,000 BTU
The DS-805 is a Single Deck Gas Oven from Bakers Pride. The exterior on this oven is constructed of stainless steel, while the interior is made of aluminized steel. This product is fully insulated. As with other BP models, you can adjust the micro-slides and dampers so that crusts and toppings are cooked as needed. The Cordierite hearth decks provide a nice way to crisp up dough while not allowing them to stick and become difficult to shuffle around the oven.
Via all of the built-in controls for gas input, you’ll be able to have as much heat as you need, especially when attempting to get the cabinet up to temperature for lunch or dinner rushes. Gas controls include valve, regulator, and pilot safety. The product is designed for placement behind a facade of brick, stone, or tiles; though that is optional.
