The pizza oven has a main gas valve, temperature control valve, and safety pilot valve that are all part of a covered and ventilated compartment in front of the unit. The oven can be set between 200 to 500 degrees F and it features a spring assist counter-balanced door with concealed hinges that is easy to open and close and it features a heavy chrome-plated tubular steel handle.

The 911 BASE commercial gas deck pizza oven base operates on Liquid Propane at 20,000 BTU/hr and it has a 3/4" NPT gas connection. All gas connections should be made by qualified personnel who will follow all of the proper safety codes and guidelines.

The top, back, sides, bottom, and doors of this pizza oven are insulated with vitreous fiber. This commercial gas pizza oven is ETL listed in the United States and Canada, CE marked, and it is NSF listed for safety.

There is a stainless steel front top, front, sides, and back on this pizza oven with an aluminized steel baking compartment liner, and an aluminized steel combustion chamber.
