The interior chamber of this pizza oven is 7" high x 33" wide x 22" deep that can hold up to (6) 10" diameter pizza pies.

The 911 BASE is the 51" wide commercial single deck-type pizza oven base from Blodgett with a durable steel deck and a liquid pressure thermostat that sets temperatures at a range of 200 to to 500 degrees F.

This pizza oven has a main gas valve, temperature control valve, and safety pilot valve that are all part of a covered and ventilated compartment in front of the unit. The oven features a spring assist counter-balanced door with concealed hinges that is easy to open and close and it has a heavy chrome-plated tubular steel handle.

The 911 BASE commercial gas deck pizza oven base operates on Natural Gas at 20,000 BTU/hr and it has a 3/4" NPT gas connection. All gas connections should be made by qualified personnel who will follow all of the proper safety codes and guidelines.

The top, back, sides, bottom, and doors of this pizza oven are insulated with vitreous fiber. This commercial gas pizza oven is ETL listed in the United States and Canada, CE marked, and it is NSF listed for safety.

There is a stainless steel front top, front, sides, and back on this pizza oven with an aluminized steel baking compartment liner, and an aluminized steel combustion chamber.
