The 911-SINGLE_LP is a liquid propane oven that is part of the Roasting and Baking Oven Deck line from Blodgett. Featuring free-floating duplex-type burners, efficient heating is provided and maintained using vitreous fiber insulation for optimum results. The large cooking area accommodates for items such as bread loaves and roasting proteins. In addition, this unit is supported by an angled iron frame with strength that can hold up to the rigors of commercial kitchens.
