The 951-966_NAT is a natural gas oven that is part of the Roasting and Baking Oven Deck line from Blodgett. Featuring free-floating duplex-type burners, efficient heating is provided and maintained using vitreous fiber insulation for optimum results. The large cooking area accommodates for items such as bread loaves and roasting proteins. In addition, the double-deck design increases production without taking up valuable floor space.
