Blodgett ZEPH-200-E DBL_220-240/60/1 Double Deck Full Size Bakery Depth Electric Convection Oven - 220/240V, 22kW

The ZEPH-200-E Double is 38-1/4" wide, stainless steel, double-deck full size electric Zephaire Series convection oven from Blodgett that has stainless steel doors with dual pane thermal glass windows. There is a bakery depth baking compartment that can accommodate (10) 18" x 26" pans (5 per oven). The unit has full angle iron frames, double-sided porcelainized baking compartment liners and interior lights. The double-deck convection oven stands firmly on 6" adjustable stainless steel legs.

There 3 tubular heaters, a 2 speed fan motor and solid state infinite controls with a 60 minute electro-mechanical timer that allows you to set precise temperatures from 200 to 500 degrees F on each convection oven. The ovens come equipped with a cooling fan and a 1/2 HP blower motor that has automatic thermal overload protection.

The ZEPH-200-E is an electric unit and each runs at 11 kW (22 kW total) on 220-240 Volts, 1-phase and 44 Amps. This unit must be hardwired and a plug and cord are not included.

The convection oven is ENERGY STAR certified, ETL listed for the United States and Canada, and NSF listed.
