The ZEPH-200-E Single is 38-1/4" wide, stainless steel, ENERGY STAR certified single deck full size electric Zephaire Series convection oven from Blodgett that has stainless steel doors with dual pane thermal glass windows. There is a bakery depth baking compartment that can accommodate (5) 18" x 26" pans. This unit has a full angle iron frame, a double-sided porcelainized baking compartment liner and interior lights. The single deck convection oven stands firmly on 25" adjustable stainless steel legs. There 3 tubular heaters, a 2 speed fan motor and solid state infinite controls with a 60 minute electro-mechanical timer that allows you to set precise temperatures from 200 to 500 degrees F on each convection oven. The ovens come equipped with a cooling fan and a 1/2 HP blower motor that has automatic thermal overload protection.

The ZEPH-200-E Single ENERGY STAR certified full size convection oven is an electric unit and runs at 11 kW using 208 Volts, 3-phase and 51 Amps. This unit must be hardwired; a plug and cord are not included.

The convection oven is ENERGY STAR certified, ETL listed for the United States and Canada, CE listed, and NSF listed.
