Raspberry Mocha Latte
Ingredients:
1 oz espresso
2/3 cup steamed milk of choice
1/2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbs raspberry syrup (follow instructions below)
1 tsp sugar
Raspberry Syrup:
In a small saucepan add 1/2 cup of water & 6 oz of raspberries. Bring to medium heat & cook for 15 min. Mash raspberries until water thickens into syrup. With a small strainer, strain out the. Place strained syrup aside.
Latte:
Add expresso, cocoa powder, 1 tsp of sugar (or sweetener of choice), and raspberry syrup into mug. Whisk for 30-60 seconds until ingredients are well combined. Add frothed milk. Garnish latte with whipped cream, raspberry syrup drizzle & a dash of cocoa powder.
