Heat lamps, through the years, have saved many meals for many restaurants. They are able to keep dishes warm for a reasonable amount of time, preserving them in their freshly made state past their lifespan. Heat lamps can be found nearly everywhere.
Your choice in heat lamps can take many forms. There are some with a single light and others that come as an entire rack of lights. The Nemco 6009-6, for example, has six heat lamps that will keep a lot more food warm.
At five feet wide, lots of food can be slipped underneath the 250 watt bulbs. This produces a lot of bright light to keep the love flowing. The length of the cord allows you to put the lamp anywhere you need, in any configuration.
These lamps, at least most of them, can be used in buffet lines, as well. Wouldn’t it be nice to keep those fries and vegetables warm for your patrons?
