Crown Steam manufactures their floor model convection steamers from durable stainless steel, with fully insulated cooking chambers and steamer controls accessible on a side panel. Some models also come equipped with a timer on each compartment with an audible end of cook cycle signal, so you can properly manage your ingredients and menu items. In addition to the timers, the electric convection steamers have a green ready pilot light and a red cook pilot light indicator to display which phase each cooking compartment is in.
