doughXpress
doughXpress began in 2002 with one air-automatic pizza press. The company has since grown to manufacture over eighty different models of food processing equipment. Their commercial grade pizza presses offer the most efficient and cost effective way to produce pizza crusts ready for topping and baking. The pizza presses create airy crusts. For versatility, most of the doughXpress pizza press models have interchangeable platens to make changing crust size quick and easy.
In addition to pizza presses, doughXpress also produces tortilla presses, tortilla warmers, grill presses, gas griddles, mixers, dough dividers, dough sheeters, conveyor toasters, bread slicers, and more. All of their commercial preparation and cooking equipment is durable. From their heavy-duty grill presses, conveyor ovens, and gas griddles to high-performance dough dividers and dough sheeters, doughXpress incorporates reliability and efficiency into every single piece of equipment.
doughXpress recently acquired QNC Inc, which is a Dallas, Texas company founded in 1990 that manufactures and markets a line of cooking appliances called the Quik n'Crispy Greaseless Fryer. The Quik n’ Crispy fryer is a compact, countertop “hot air” unit used for quickly "frying" frozen, cooked, or oven-ready foods with convection and radiant heat. Products such as french fries, chicken nuggets and strips, fried chicken, egg rolls, battered vegetables and more can be prepared to the consistency of deep fat fried foods, without grease. The newest greaseless fryer model also includes a heated catalyst system which eliminates the need for a vented hood system. Also, because the heat distribution and air flow in the new model allows operators to cook at higher temperatures, raw dough products (such as pizza crusts prepared by a doughXpress unit) can be easily cooked in the newest QNC greaseless fryer.
