Marsal

Marsal began in 1969 as a small manufacturing shop, quickly establishing a reputation for quality, custom-made stainless steel restaurant equipment, including ovens and stoves. In 1973, Marsal and Sons was incorporated and opened a factory on Long Island. By the 1980's Marsal was known for making equipment specifically for the pizza industry. Over the next decades, with innovation and unique engineering, the company designed and manufactured pizza deck ovens to solve the problems faced by pizza restaurants.

Marsal brick-lined pizza ovens have a unique burner design that eliminates uneven deck temperatures and the need to spin or rotate pizza pies. The pizza oven's air chamber and thick cooking surface also improved final results. Marsal's production increased and began to be shipped nationwide and around the world.

At the beginning of the twenty-first century, Marsal expanded their catalog to include deck ovens without the brick-lined chamber. In 2009, the company began to manufacture electric deck ovens that were ideal for even heating. In 2015, Marsal became part of Middleby, expanding their market and reach. Marsal continues to design and innovate to make pizza ovens that are efficient, consistent, and reliable.
