Montague

Montague company has its roots back in 1857 in San Francisco, California when a young inventor named Wilfred Weed Montague started a business peddling pots, pans, and other hardware items. He built a reputation for uncompromising quality and soon began manufacturing "French" ranges from brick and steel. These original ranges evolved into the wide variety of restaurant ranges available today. Officially incorporated in 1910 as W.W. Montague Company, the brand became widely recognized as the "Leading Stovehouse on the Pacific Coast". Throughout the 20th century, the manufacturer grew, officially becoming The Montague Company in 1936. In 2022, Montague became a part of the Ali Group of companies, which allowed the brand to extend its marketing reach and service capabilities.
