NU-VU

NU-VU Foodservice Systems is a leading manufacturer of commercial "On-Premise" baking equipment. NU-VU manufactures a wide variety of baking equipment designed for use in any type of food service application, such as chain restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores. NU-VU products include baking and convection ovens, oven-proofers, proofers, and even smokers. In 2009 NU-VU became a part of the Bakery Equipment Division of Middleby.

NU-VU Convection Ovens are countertop models designed for restaurants, cafeterias, grocery stores, coffee shops and more. The convection ovens have a small footprint so they will fit on a counter or equipment stand. The NU-VU convection ovens are also durable, so they can withstand rigorous daily use in a variety of foodservice establishments.
