Cadco CMLB-CSLP 28" Warming Cabinet w/ Triple Buffet Server Top, Warmer Cabinet Bottom And Three Clear Polycarbonate Lids, 120 Volts

This Cadco warming cabinet and buffet server are perfect for self-serve buffet stations and will keep your prepared food hot and ready to serve. The lower level warming cabinet includes clear doors and can be used as a food or plate warmer.

The top level is a large 28" x 14" stainless steel warming surface that holds 3 steam pans in a large stainless steel pan holder: two 1/2 size steam pans that hold over 30 four oz. servings per pan and one 1/3 size steam pan that holds over 20 four oz. servings. Each pan comes with a clear polycarbonate lid that includes utensil slots.

Top and bottom levels are controlled separately by variable heat controls (155 degrees to 205 degrees F).

The CMLB-CSLP warming cabinet with triple buffet server runs on 120 Volts, 60 Hz, 1-phase and 5.0 Amps for 600 Watts with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
