The WT-40S has an extra-large stainless steel warming surface (41-1/4" x 14") that can accommodate 2 full-size steam table pans and uses 2 variable heat controls to set temperatures between 155-205 degrees F. A wide variety of Cadco accessories are available separately to build your own customized buffet server.

The WT-40S stainless steel countertop warming shelf runs on 120 Volts, 60 Hz, 1-phase and 5.0 Amps for 600 Watts with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
