The Cambro 100 series non-electric insulated food carriers are made of the finest quality polyethylene. Rugged and dependable, these Camcarriers provide an exact fit for a wide variety of food pans. Six sturdy latches keep the lid on tight, and an airtight gasket helps to ensure excellent food temperature retention.

This food pan carrier is dishwasher safe and it is NSF listed for sanitation and cleanability. They also carry the Cambro StoreSafe mark that identifies storage and transport products that support safe food handling.

The 100MPC157 is the Coffee Beige 26 3/8" wide top-loading 8" deep food pan carrier from the Cambro Camcarrier 100 series that will hold (1) 8" deep, (2) 4" deep, or up to (3) 2 1/2" deep full-size GN food pans or a combination of 1/2 and 1/3 size food pans without the use of divider bars.

The Camcarrier 100 series food pan carrier is made from one-piece seamless, double-wall, high-density polyethylene and it has (6) recessed stainless steel latches. The 100MPC157 food pan carrier features an airtight gasket and it is insulated with wall-to-wall CFC-free foamed-in polyurethane to provide excellent temperature retention for either hot or cold food for up to 4 hours.

These food pan carriers interlock and stack for convenient storage and there are molded-in handles on two sides of the Camcarrier that makes them easy and comfortable to pick up and carry. Compatible Camdolly carts are available separately that make transportation even faster and easier.
