These Camtray inserts fit onto regular 1520 Camtrays to separate hot and cold food and they are perfect for dietary tray service. Made of impact-resistant fiberglass with reinforced edges, the Camtray inserts resist scratches, stains, and odors. Stacking lugs keep the Camtray inserts stacked in place and Dri-Stak separators maximize airflow for faster drying.

The 1015215 is a rectangular 10 1/8" x 15" Abstract Gray tray insert from Cambro. Two of these inserts will fit inside a single 15" x 20 1/4" rectangular 1520 fiberglass Camtray.

The Camtray insert is also dishwasher safe, NSF listed, and stackable.
