The Cambro Ultra Camcart Heated Food Pan Carrier is designed for both electric hot holding and non-electric transport. The gentle 150°-165°F non-radiant heat will not cook food and maintains food moisture. The unit is far more efficient than comparable metal cabinets, and it will not rust or dent. When unplugged, the UPCH800110 will keep food warm for up to four hours. The Cambro Ultra Camcart is insulated with CFC-free polyurethane foam and the exterior made of durable polyethylene that will not chip, crack, or break. The front features a display that shows the power and heating status, along with a thermometer that lets you know when the compartment has reached its target temperature.
