Carlisle 60345 Roast Pan 26 Qt. 24"L X 18"W X 4-1/2"H

The 60345 is an 18" x 24" x 4-1/2" Roaster Pan Base from Carlisle that is a must have for any commercial kitchen. This commercial weight aluminum roaster is equipped with (2) steel reinforced bands for extra heavy usage and features a 26 qt. capacity. For sanitary measures the 60345 features a seamless drawn open bead and securely riveted drop handles for convenience. These full-size roaster pans fit standard baker's racks for unlimited versatility. The 60345 works individually as a roaster pan but may also be used as a base for the Carlisle 60344 Roaster Pan Cover.
