This pan is constructed of 26 gauge aluminized steel which provides extra longevity and high heat transfer. Each pan features the AMERICOAT ePlus silicone glaze which is the industry's main silicone coating. This Chicago Metallic 43695 is made in the USA and is PFOA free.
