The (2) 22CGT33.1 is the ENERGY STAR certified double-stacked SteamChef 3 counter model gas-powered boilerless convection steamer from Cleveland Range that comes included with the model ES26304433G stand. The compartment door on each steamer is hinged on the left, and the controls are located on the right of the unit.

The controls on each compartment of this double-stacked steamer include a 60-minute electro-mechanical timer with a load compensating feature, and a manual bypass switch for constant steam.

Each boilerless convection steamer compartment holds up to 3 full-size (12" x 20" x 2 1/2" deep) steam table pans for a total of 6 pans and each one features an atmospheric gas boilerless style heating system.

This SteamChef 3 counter model gas-powered boilerless convection steamer is ENERGY STAR certified, UL listed, and NSF listed for safety, and it consumes water at 0.31 gallons per hour.

The (2) 22CGT33.1 gas-powered boilerless convection steamer operates on Liquid Propane and each compartment runs at 32,000 BTU/hr for a total of 64,000 BTU/hr with 1/2" NPT connections. Each compartment also requires a hardwired connection at 120 Volts, 60 Hertz, 1-phase, and 4 Amps. The steamer has 3/4" Female Garden Hose connections, a 1 1/2" NPT drain connection, and a 1/2" ball valve style automatic drain. All plumbing, gas, or electrical connections should always be made by qualified personnel who will follow all of the proper plumbing, sanitary, and safety codes and guidelines.

The interior of each steamer compartment uses the patented Klean Shield system that collects waste and moves it into the drain, keeping the cooking compartment clear to prevent unwanted flavor transfer and cross-contamination in the open reservoir.
