The 21CET8 is the single Steamcraft Ultra 3 counter model electric boilerless convection steamer from Cleveland Range with the compartment door hinged on the left, and the controls located on the right of the unit. There is a 60-minute mechanical timer on this steamer with a manual bypass switch for continuous steaming.

There is a 3 1/2-gallon generator reservoir on this steamer for faster cooking. The compartment of this steamer holds up to 3 full-size (12" x 20" x 2 1/2" deep) steam table pans and features an 8 kW PowerPak electric steam generator with a single stainless steel fire bar heating element.

The 21CET8 boilerless convection steamer is an electric unit and runs at 208 Volts, 60 Hertz, 1-phase, for the 8 kW heating element, and hardwiring is required. The steamer has 3/4" Female Garden Hose connections and a 1 1/4" NPT drain connection. All plumbing, gas, or electrical connections should always be made by qualified personnel who will follow all of the proper plumbing, sanitary, and safety codes and guidelines.

This boilerless convection steamer stands firmly on heavy-duty 4" adjustable skid-resistant legs with flanged feet. The steamer UL listed and NSF listed for safety.
