The 50335-8K is the Type K thermocouple needle tip probe from Cooper-Atkins that with a 8" long 1/8" diameter shaft and tip, and it comes with a cable.
This probe operates with a 4-seconds response time in liquid. The probe measures temperatures between -40 to 500 degrees F and it has a 48" long extended, 12" long retracted cable.
