The 93232-K is the Type K thermocouple foodservice kit from Cooper-Atkins that comes included with (1) 32311-K EconoTemp thermocouple thermometer, (1) 50306-K clip-mount oven probe, (1) 50336-K DuraNeedle probe, a 14235 rigid case with a foam insert (8" x 12" x 3"), and a 9368 wall mount bracket included.

The 32311-K EconoTemp thermocouple thermometer measures temperatures with + / - 5 degree F accuracy between -40 To 500 degrees F. This thermometer features a durable ABS housing for use in harsh, commerical environments. The EconoTemp thermometer is designed for any Type K thermocouple probe with a standard mini-connector.

This digital thermocouple thermometer is RoHS and WEEE compliant, and it is CE marked, and NSF listed for safety. The thermometer comes with 3 AAA batteries included.

The 50306-K clip-mount oven probe has a response time of 1-second in liquid and 10-seconds in a 5 m/sec air stream. This probe has a 2 1/8" long 1/4" diameter shaft, 1/4" diameter tip, and a 43" long cable.

The 50336-K DuraNeedle tip probe has a 2-second response time in liquid and it has a with a 6" long 0.188" diameter shaft and 0.085" diameter tip, and a 48" long extended, 12" long retracted cable, and it measures temperatures between -40 To 500 degrees F.

Cooper-Atkins thermocouple probes provide advanced technology at an affordable price and they are designed and engineered for quick response times and dependable performance.

The included probes are both Type K probes and the DuraNeedle tip measure temperatures between -40 To 500 degrees F. The clip-mount oven probe is a Type K probe that measures temperatures between -100 To 600 degrees F.
