The 93970-K is the Type K thermocouple AquaTuff foodservice kit from Cooper-Atkins that comes included with (1) 35200-K AquaTuff thermocouple thermometer, (1) 50012-K bell surface temperature probe, (1) 50306-K clip-mount oven probe, (1) 50335-K needle tip probe, and (1) 14235 carrying case to hold all of the components.

Cooper-Atkins thermocouple probes provide advanced technology at an affordable price and they are designed and engineered for quick response times and dependable performance.

The 35200-K AquaTuff thermocouple thermometer measures temperatures with + / - 0.5 degree F accuracy between -100 to 1832 degrees F. This thermometer features a durable ABS housing it is IPX7 waterproof rated for use in harsh, commerical environments. The AquaTuff thermometer is designed for any Type K thermocouple probe with a standard mini-connector. This digital thermocouple thermometer is RoHS and WEEE compliant, and it is CE marked, and NSF listed for safety. The thermometer comes with 2 AA batteries included.

The 50012-K bell surface temperature probe has a 4-second response time on oiled surfaces and it has a 4 1/2" long 3/8" diameter shaft, 2/3" diameter tip, and a 48" extended and 12" retractable cable.

The 50306-K clip-mount oven probe has a response time of 1-second in liquid and 10-seconds in a 5 m/sec air stream. This probe has a 2 1/8" long 1/4" diameter shaft, 1/4" diameter tip, and a 43" long cable.

The 50335-K needle tip probe has a 4-second response time in liquid and it has a 4 1/2" long 1/8" diameter shaft and 1/8" diameter tip, and a 48" long extended, 12" long retracted cable.

The included bell surface temperature probe and needle tip probe are both Type K probes that measure temperatures between -40 To 500 degrees F. The clip-mount oven probe is a Type K probe that measures temperatures between -100 To 600 degrees F.

The included 8" x 12" x 3" medium hard 14235 carrying case will hold all of the components of this thermocouple foodservice kit for safe storage.
