The GL-20E is a Crown Steam Liquid Propane Tri-Leg Stationary Kettle. The kettle has a 2/3 steam jacketed body sheathed in stainless steel and is air gap insulated.
This model has a 20 gallon (75 liters) capacity, a one-piece, hinged dome cover and a 2" (50mm) tangent draw off valve. The unit operates using liquid propane for 100,000 BTU (LP).
