This unit features convenience such as a large capacity interior and easy to clean ABS interiors, while still being energy efficient thanks to a insulated pan cover and a full 2" thick polyurethane foam insulation. In addition to being energy efficient and convenient, durability reigns supreme with solid construction and premium quality materials. The unit features a 8" wide, dishwasher safe polyethylene cutting board which is treated with antimicrobial agent. This unit has stainless steel sides, top and front.
