Delfield 8118-EFP_115/60/1 LiquiTec One Pan Drop-In Cooled Cold Food Well

The Delfield 8118-EFP Five Pan Drop In LiquiTec Cooled Cold Food Well keeps foods chilled at the ideal temperature thanks to electronic temperature control and expansive valve. Built with LiquiTec Cold Pans with Eutectic Fluid technology, food in pans are allowed to be flush with countertops for a functional display. Eutectic fluid remains liquid regardless of temperature and in turn, provides consistent and even cooling. The Delfield 8118-EFP accommodates (1) 12" x 20" pans and is constructed of stainless steel. The unit utilizes environmentally friendly non GWP (Global Warming Potential) and non ODP (Ozone Depletion Potential) polyurethane foam insulation.
