The Delfield 8159-EFP Four Pan Drop In LiquiTec Cooled Cold Food Well keeps foods chilled at the ideal temperature thanks to electronic temperature control and expansive valve. Built with LiquiTec Cold Pans with Eutectic Fluid technology, food in pans are allowed to be flush with countertops for a elegant, functional display. Eutectic fluid remains liquid regardless of temperature and in turn, provides consistent and even cooling. The Delfield 8159-EFP accommodates (4) 12" x 20" pans.
