The Delfield 8186-EFP Six Pan Drop In LiquiTec Cooled Cold Food Well keeps foods chilled at the ideal temperature thanks to electronic temperature control and expansive valve standard. Built with LiquiTec Cold Pans with Eutectic Fluid technology, food in pans are allowed to be flush with counter tops for an elegant, functional display. Eutectic fluid remains liquid regardless of temperature and in turn, provides consistent and even cooling. The Delfield 8186-EFP accommodates (6) 12" x 20" pans constructed of stainless steel for easy cleaning and features environmentally friendly being Non GWP (Global Warming Potential) and Non ODP (Ozone Depletion Potential) polyurethane foam insulation.
