Featuring a compact design, the Doyon DL18P is space efficient, but still boasts the ability to produce a 17" wide dough sheet which is perfectly consistent in thickness with an adjustable roller gap range of 1/32" to 5/32". This countertop unit is outfitted with sealed bearings as well as 2 parallel teflon rollers with stainless steel scrappers and a 1/2 hP engine. This model also features a stainless steel infeed and chute.
