There is 3" insulation on top and 1-1/2" insulation on the bottom, sides and back of this electric double deck half size stainless steel convection oven.

This V model electric single deck half size stainless steel convection oven has a basic snap action thermostat (200-500 degrees F), 60 minute electric dial timer with continuous sound buzzer, and a 2-speed fan.
