Description

The E304 is a 58-3/8" wide, Aerohot stainless steel electric insulated stationary hot food station from Duke that has die-stamped 12" x 20" pan openings. There is a stainless steel top with a poly carving board (7" wide x 1/2" thick).

The liner is 8" deep galvanized steel and it has 1" thick insulation on all four sides and bottom. The unit has a stainless steel body, a stainless steel undershelf (430 Series, 20 gauge) and stands on stainless steel tubular legs with adjustable plastic feet.

The E304 Aerohot stainless steel electric insulated stationary hot food station is available as 120, 208 or 240 Volt units: 120 Volts, 1-phase and 16.7 Amps for 2,000 Watts or 208 Volts, 1 or 3-phase and 14.4 Amps for 3,000 Watts or 240 Volts, 1 or 3-phase and 12.5 Amps for 3,000 Watts. There is a 6 ft power cord on this Aerohot stainless steel electric insulated stationary hot food station and the 120 volt unit has a NEMA L5-30P plug, 208 and 240 Volt units have a NEMA 6-20P plug.
