This cold pan box is ideal for front-of-the-house food bars, buffet tables, or beverage dispensing areas and it will maintain a 41-degree F temperature range for up to 8 hours without ice or electricity.

The white plastic insert on this cold pan box is made with high-impact ABS material and it is filled with a non-toxic gel that should be frozen for eight hours or overnight before filling the pan with pre-chilled food product.

This cold pan box is dishwasher safe, NSF certified for safety, and it is proudly made in the USA.
