The RM-2 is the Four Star Series 32 oz capacity (1/8 oz increments) portion scale with a 30-degree viewing angle face, a rotating dial, and a large 8 3/4" x 7" stainless steel platform.

There is an air dashpot that reduces pointer bounces for instant reading. This scale has an extra stainless steel internal housing and platform supports that absorb shocks without damaging the internal mechanism.

This unit can be fully submerged for cleaning and it is dishwasher safe. This portion scale is NSF certified for safety and it is proudly made in the USA.
