Empura planetary mixers are truly a capable and sturdy line of mixers, suited for all kinds of kitchens, these units are guaranteed to perform. The Empura E-BDPM-30 in particular is a 30 quart mixer outfitted with a 2-2/5 hp motor operating through a direct drive 100% gear driven transmission for a truly consistent mixing performance. Three different mixing modes on this unit offer plenty of options and make quick work of any dough or batter you choose to mix.

This unit is built with a stainless steel construction and secures its mixing bowl with both a wire safety guard as well as bowl clamps. These attributes help keep the bowl safe and secure during operation and as a further measure, rubber inserts on this units feet add to overall stability. Included with this unit is (1) wire whisk, (1) dough hook and (1) flat beater for all kinds of mixing applications. The E-BDPM-30 is also designed with a #12 hub for meat grinding attachments and a 60-minute timer for autonomous operation.

The E-BDPM-30 operates on 120V at 60 Hertz and 1-Phase for a total of 2-2/5 HP. This unit is plugged in with a 5' power cord with a NEMA 5-15 plug.
