Empura E-HPC-7125 Full Height Heated Proofer and Holding Cabinet - Non Insulated

Empura E-HPC-7125 full height heated proofer and holding cabinet. The Empura E-HPC-7125 is a non-insulated full height heated proofer and holding cabinet featuring heavy duty aluminum construction. The settings are adjustable to maintain temperatures up to 180 degrees F, and the proofing mode adjusts temperature up to 115 degrees F. An easy to read LED thermometer provides access to temperature controls. There is 1 clear polycarbonate door which is field reversible with an easy pull handle and door gasket to prevent heat loss. A magnetic latch also keeps the door secured during transport. The air baffle and circulating air blower ensure even heating of the cabinet. Integrated slides support 18"x26" trays, and there is a capacity of up to 25 trays. Tray slides can be removed or adjusted to hold food products of different heights. The unit is mobile on 5-1/4" polyurethane plate casters, and can be locked in place with two front wheel locks. The cabinet is powered by plugging into a 110 volt outlet. An internal water pan collects condensation and can also be used during proofing. Corner bumpers protect walls and other equipment while moving the cabinet. This unit is also NSF and cETLus listed.

Note: 25 pairs of Universal / Adjustable / Removable chrome pan slides are included and are designed to accept standard 18" x 26" full sized sheet pans. The compartment can hold up to 25 sheet pans of low height food product. For food products of different heights, or for full sized steam table pans of different depths, you can remove and/or adjust pairs of pan slides to accommodate for the extra space you may need between sheet pans.
