Empura E-KCBR72 74" 4 Drawer Self-Contained Refrigerated Chef Base

The E-KCBR72 is a 74" wide refrigerated chef base that can hold up to 1100 pounds on top with a stainless steel exterior and interior and a right-side mounted compressor. There are 4 magnetic-gasket refrigerated drawers on this chef base that provide 11.1 cubic ft of space and designed to fit 12" x 20" x 4" pans (not included) for storing any of your cold liquid or food ingredients.

This chef base holds products at temperatures between 35 to 40 degrees F with a self-contained refrigeration system that uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. This chef base unit also features an automatic defrost system.

There is an electronic thermostat and a digital LED temperature display on this chef base that provides accurate temperature control with an easy-to-read digital display. This refrigerated unit rolls smoothly on 4" front-locking casters.

This refrigerated chef base is an electric unit that runs at 115 Volts, 60 Hertz, 1-phase, and 5.8 Amps for the 1/3 HP compressor and it comes with a power cord with a standard NEMA 5-15P plug. This refrigerated merchandiser is tested to NSF Standard 7 requirements for open food storage, ETL Sanitation listed, and ETL listed in the United States and Canada for safety.
