The E-KPP44 is a 47.4" wide, pizza prep table from Empura that provides accurate control with an electronic thermostat and an easy to read digital LED temperature display. The pizza prep table has a stainless steel raised pan rail that accommodates (6) 1/3 GN pans that come included, and a removable polyethylene cutting board.

There is 1 solid hinged self-closing door on this insulated pizza prep table that can remain open at 90 degrees. The pizza prep table has foam insulation and uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, holding temperatures between and 33 to 41 degrees F. Interior storage capacity is 12 cubic feet.
