The Empura E-SAL-2800W is an electric salamander constructed of heavy duty stainless steel. An infinite control dial provides accuracy and ease of usage. Heat intensity can be adjusted with the upper housing's vertical movement from 8" to 2-3/4". There are polished reflectors above the heating element which direct heat toward the cooking/baking area.

This salamander features a removable drip tray and food grate, making the unit easier to clean. Aa cool-to-touch bakelite handle is also featured, helping to ensure safer usage. The unit fits neatly on countertops, supported by non-slip rubber feet. It can also be wall-mounted for space-saving purposes.
