This 3 bay open well steam table is constructed of stainless steel with galvanized steel wells and legs. 8″ deep open wells fit all full-size spillage pans. It is supplied with three individually controlled 750W heating elements with infinite control switches. It comes with an adjustable stainless steel undershelf and an 8″ x 1/2″ polycarbonate cutting board. 120V, 2250W and 18.75 Amps. NEMA 5-20 Plug. CE. 1 year warranty. This unit must be used with water pans. Do not run on dry operation.
