The Empura EGG-24S Countertop Gas Griddle boasts a stainless steel front and galvanized steel sides. This unit has manual controls and the griddle can be set to temperatures ranging from 150° F to 450° F to meet your cooking needs.

Heavy-duty metal control knobs let you set the amount of heat used for cooking. The 3/4" thick steel used for the griddle plate, in combination with two 30,000 BTU steel burners, provides even heat distribution for consistent results.

This model has side and rear splashguards, helping to limit the grease splatter on the surrounding surfaces, walls and equipment.
