The Empura EGG-48ST Countertop Gas Griddle boasts a stainless steel front and galvanized steel sides. Thermostatic controls can get the griddle to reach temperatures ranging from 150° F to 450° F to meet your cooking needs.

Heavy-duty metal control knobs lets you set the amount of heat used for cooking. The 3/4" thick steel used for the griddle plate in combination with four 30,000 BTU steel burners provides even heat distribution for consistent results.

This model has side and rear splashguards, helping to limit the grease splatter on the surrounding surfaces, walls and equipment.
