The Empura EHP-2 is a heavy duty gas hot plate with two burners. Each burner runs at 25,000 BTU's and features a 12" by 12" cast iron grate. Stainless steel is used for the sides and front, helping to ensure sturdiness and longevity. The control valve is constructed of durable brass, and the unit includes easy access to the pilot valve adjustment screws.

The Empura heavy duty gas hot plates feature a stainless steel standby pilot for a quick and easy start-up. The legs on this model are heavy duty and adjustable, providing great stability and the ideal working height.

The EHP-2 hot plate is gas unit that is field convertible. It is ETL listed in the U.S.A. and Canada.
