The Empura EMG-12 countertop griddle features (1) steel u-shaped burner that runs at 30,000 BTU per hour. The burner's U-shape allows for more even and efficient heat distribution across a 12" x 22" cooking area. This unit is manually controlled and features a stainless steel standby pilot for a quick and easy start up. Stainless steel splash guards on the sides and front help prevent any unwanted messes. A stainless steel oil collector in the bottom helps to keep the unit clean and well-functioning. This griddle boasts heavy duty legs, adjustable for the perfect working height.

The Empura EMG-12 is a gas powered unit with (1) 30,000 BTU burner and a 3/4" NPT gas connection. A gas regulator is also included with this model.
