Empura EMG-24 24" Steel Griddle with 2 Burners, 60,000 BTU

The Empura EMG-24 is a manually controlled countertop griddle with a 24" x 22" cooking area. This griddle features (2) steel u-shaped burners, providing more efficient heat distribution and retention. Each burner runs at 30,000 BTU per hour, for a total of 60,000 BTU. This model boasts a stainless steel standby pilot that provides a fast and easy start up. Stainless steel splash guards on the sides and front help avert unwanated spills and messes. A stainless steel oil collector in the bottom helps to keep the unit clean and well-functioning. Heavy duty adjustable legs help achieve the ideal working height.

The Empura EMG-24 is a gas powered unit with (2) 30,000 BTU burners and a 3/4" NPT gas connection. A gas regulator is also included with this model.
